Meet The Owner
The Pink Palace Catering Co. was founded in January 2023 by Jermeka Newkirk. Although the business is very new, Jermeka has been planning this dream for many years. She fell in love with cooking when she went off to college at UNC Greensboro and had to learn to cook for herself. Not only did she begin cooking for herself, but she enjoyed sharing her wonderful creations with friends, classmates and neighbors. The joy she saw her food bring to others, made it a lifelong dream of hers to impact others. She not only focuses on the personal appearance of meals, but she puts her heart and soul into ensuring the flavors are immaculate.
